Three side salads---these are a good value because there is more than enough for three and they each come with a large packet of name brand dressing.

Two chicken sandwiches without mayonnaise or sauce.

Cut the chicken into bite size or smaller pieces and add to the salad.

Dessert:

One yogurt parfait.
Three chocolate chip cookies.
