Lemonade and Lemon Cake

Sounds a little sour I know but it was really good and refreshing. I was squeezing fresh sliced lemon into my glass of water and adding sweetener to make lemonade and I tried squeezing a little of the fresh lemon over my slice of lemon cake with lemon icing and it was really good.
I would have it again.

It was a nice finish to my egg salad with tangy three bean salad and wheat yeast roll at the local buffet. I also had salmon on spinach leaves and rotisserie chicken with a sweet potato on the side.
