Using the prepared Tuna Helper with brocolli and cream sauce I use any size can of chicken instead of tuna. Usually I buy whichever brand is on sale. Drained to control sodium and added to the prepared box mix at the end and let simmer to heat through and meld flavors.
I normally add extra ingredients so that meals like this have a more homemade taste. To this dish I would use a little real butter and maybe some cream for a richer sauce.
This isn't my favorite quick and easy meal but it will do in a pinch. I prefer the homemade version which doesn't take much more time to fix.
