Add cut up rotiserried chicken breast to a ready made salad or one you've made at home.
My salad today had:
Iceberg Lettuce
Fresh Spinach
Cucumber
Tomato
Red Onion
Black Olives
Three Bean Salad/ I like to add this because of the flavor, additional protein and the juice mixes well with my salad dressing so I can use less.
Carrots
Mushrooms
Ranch Dressing
When I'm not being as careful with my calorie intake (I had a cookie fest late last night) I might would add to my salad:
Cheese
Seeds
Nuts
Raisins
Croutons
