elle's Easy Creamed Spinach

This recipe is my adaptation of the frozen creamed spinach we buy at the grocery store except it's made using a bag of fresh spinach.
What you will need:
-One bag of fresh spinach--you can find it in the produce section and it is usually clean and ready to use.
-cream, lite cream, half and half-1/4 cup or to taste
-butter
-olive oil
-Parmesan cheese-1/4 cup or to taste
I usually eyeball these measurements.
Allow for a lot of shrinkage with fresh spinach.

Coat the bottom of a large skillet with olive oil and butter to taste, heat to medium and add spinach leaves. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook just until tender and add cream and cheese stirring well.
Serve warm.
