elle's Easy Cheesy Brown Rice

Today's side dish was brown boil-in-bag rice cooked in the microwave for 10 minutes. Carefully drain but leave a little water to make it saucier.

On the hot rice I added a little olive oil, a lot of real butter, salt, fresh cracked black pepper, dried chives, parsley, and a palmful of Parmesan cheese.

Mix well and serve warm.

Using a mixture of white and brown rice would be good and add extra nutrients and fiber.
