Chicken Penne with Zuchinni

We had the Italian version recently. My husband likes this dish. It's made exactly the same as the Italian Sausage Penne dish but he likes it made with chicken best. He says the Italian seasonings in the sausage give him indigestion.

I forgot to add in the Parmesan cheese until I was packing lunches so I just sprinkled plenty on top.

I've been using a Greek first cold pressed olive oil that I like. It's milder than the first cold pressed Italian olive oils. It isn't too costly either.
